By booking to any of our courses, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
If you need to cancel your place on an event, please do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Please check your junk mail for for any emails your may receive from us.
Refunds and cancellations
If you have booked a package deal and only attend some of the courses, the refund will be calculated with placing full price on the attended courses.
Cancellations received more than 21 days prior to a course will receive a 75% refund of the fee paid. Cancellations received less than 21 days prior to a course will receive a 25% refund of the fee paid. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to a course will receive no refund. Non attendance on the day of the course will not entitle the registrant to a refund.
If you are not able to attend the event, a substitute can be sent in your place at no extra charge. Please note that you are still liable for the cost of the event if you do not attend on the day.
Changes or cancellation of the course or seminar
Changes to any aspect of the course/seminar may be necessary due to events outside the control of RadiologySeminars. We therefore reserve the right to make alterations to the course programme, faculty, venue and timings. In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled, a full refund will be made to the payer. RadiologySeminars shall not be liable for any expenditure (for example, travel and accommodation), damage or loss incurred by the delegate.
It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the course. RadiologySeminars cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property.
